- "Client" refers to any healthcare facility, rest home, hospital, or individual that engages the services of Choice Health Care for temporary or permanent staffing.
- "Candidate" refers to any Registered Nurse, Healthcare Assistant, Dental Assistant, or other professional who registers with Choice Health Care for employment opportunities.
- "Service" includes, but is not limited to, the provision of temporary staffing, permanent recruitment, and educational consultancy.
2. Use of the Website
The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
- Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.
- This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice.

3. Service Provision
Choice Health Care endeavours to provide high-quality, vetted, and suitably qualified Candidates to its Clients. We perform checks (such as qualification verification, background checks, and reference checks) as required by New Zealand law and industry standards.
While we strive for excellence, we make no warranty or guarantee as to the performance, conduct, or suitability of any Candidate placed. The final decision to engage a Candidate rests with the Client.
4. Candidate Obligations
Candidates agree to provide accurate and current information regarding their qualifications, experience, and legal right to work in New Zealand. Candidates must adhere to the professional standards and policies of any Client facility they are placed in.
5. Client Obligations
Clients agree to provide a safe working environment for all temporary staff placed by Choice Health Care. Clients are responsible for the direct supervision and management of temporary staff while on assignment.
Invoices for services are payable within the terms specified on the invoice (e.g., 7 days, 14 days). Overdue accounts may incur interest and collection costs.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choice Health Care shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not-limited to, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- The use or the inability to use our service;
- The performance or conduct of any Candidate or Client;
- Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
